Cod fish cooking method

There are many ways to cook cod fish, but one popular method is to bake it. Here is a simple recipe for baked cod fish:

Ingredients:
- 2 cod fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill), chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Rinse the cod fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
3. Place the fillets on a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place a few slices of lemon on top of each fillet.
